Program: 10:00 a.m. – 11:30 a.m.

Key to making every minute matter in a high stakes chase to close significant gifts in all development shops, is spending time with individuals that present the greatest possibility of doing something significant in the shortest amount of time. Based upon 30 years of prospecting, cultivating and soliciting transformative results for numerous non-profits, Michael Geis will share cumulative learnings which align with his “Further Faster” philosophy and embody his distinct and proven process for maximizing results.

Once you’re with your best prospects, it’s critical that conversations progress in ways that ignite interest and compel them to partner with you in whatever endeavor you’ve presented. This two-part presentation will reveal a time tested process for distilling your “diamonds in the rough” followed by proven cues and strategies customizable for advancing considerations leading to record breaking results.

Lunch Session: Values Based Estate Planning
Registration & Networking: 11:30 a.m. – 11:45 a.m.
Lunch & Program: 11:45 a.m. – 1:30 p.m.

Minimizing messes is one objective for effective estate planning but the process transcends to another level when clients drive the planning process by defining their values and taking ownership of how they want assets distributed. The Thompson process is changing the landscape of gift planning by empowering clients with tools that illustrate what they have to distribute according to their values proposition. Consideration of legacy becomes real when they redirect dollars destined for government instead to charities vital during lifetime.

This presentation will inspire professionals and organizations committed to systematic endowment growth and will present alternative approaches to traditional or transactional estate planning methods.

This session has been approved for 1.25 CFRE Continuing Education Points.
